We’re Excited About You Because You Have:

  • Advanced spreadsheet proficiency: You know your way around a pivot table
  • Proven experience delivering SaaS products to customers, adhering to project management standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate global teams.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and the ability to translate Agile schedules to Waterfall models.
  • Expertise in managing enterprise implementations with multiple moving parts and dependencies.
  • A knack for scope and change management, including costing efforts and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience working in the Medicaid, healthcare, or insurance sectors (government or private) and navigating government regulations.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software or IT
  • 2+ years actively participating in a agile + Scrum software process

Salary:
The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and qualifications
